Ingredients
- 2 lbs Boneless chicken breasts(cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 2 tsp cornmeal
- 1 tsp Root ginger (grated
- 3-4 Garlic cloves, (finely chopped)
- 5 tbsp Tomatoe sauce or 2 Large tomatoes (chopped and blended)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1tsp garlic sauce
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1 Readymade pizza base 12 inches in diameter
- 1/2 Red onion, (sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper,(seeded and sliced)
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- A small handful Fresh basil leaves.
Method

1. Preheat oven to 450°F
2. Let pizza base rest, covered at room temperature for 30 minutes.
3.In a large skillet, cook and stir chicken in oil over medium heat, 10-15 minutes or until no longer pink. Add Onion, Chili powder, ginger, oy sauce, Garlic cloves, and garlic sauce, sauté for 5 minutes.
4. Punch dough down. Sprinkle a baking sheet with cornmeal. Roll dough out to a 14-inch circle on baking sheet. Brush dough with 1 tablespoon oil; sprinkle with 2 ounces cheese.Add Tomatoe sauce, Add chicken mixture, and bell pepper over cheese, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Top with remaining cheese and crushed red bell pepper. Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with basil leaves .
4. Cut into slices, and enjoy your pizza.
