Refund Policy

We guarantee our customers 100% product satisfaction, or their money will be refunded in accordance with the terms of this policy. Gibbo Trading Limited accepts returns for products with a receipt within 24 hours of purchase. With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for your returned items in the same way you paid for them.

We require original receipts for all returns. Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 2-10 business days to see the funds in your bank or credit card account, depending on your original payment method.

  1. Hair accessories, Apparel or shoes should be returned unworn, in original package and with tags attached.
  2. Non-Canned fish and meats are non-refundable. In some cases, as determined by each individual store manager an exchange is allowed.
  3. Returns of alcoholic beverages are not allowed
  4. Any Item that is damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

Refunds due to Gibbo Trading’s fault

We reserve the right to initiate a refund for any purchase, whether the transaction is at a fulfilment or in transit state. If we initiate a refund, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method. Possible reasons for us to initiate a refund:

  • Product Quality
  • Inclement Weather
  • Delivery distance
  • Fraud & data verification checks
  • Out of stock without feasible substitutions.

Refunds due to Purchaser’s fault

In the event where a refund is warranted due to the fault of the customer, the refund may be applied to store credit. Gibbo Trading Limited reserves the right to limit or refuse any refund when the receipt isn’t available. All customer liability refunds may be subjected to a restocking fee.

Let us know as soon as possible if your order—

  • Is missing items that you were charged for on the final receipt.
  • Contains damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable items.

To request a refund or a credit due to order issues, you must make your request within 24 hours of your pickup or delivery. Send an email to [email protected] with your Full name, receipt number and message.
