Open Vacancy for Store Supervisor
Gibbo Trading Limited seeks an experienced and dedicated store supervisor to manage our retail store. In this role, your duties will include overseeing customer relations, vendors, employees, finances, and controlling the quality of products and services.
To ensure success as a store supervisor, the ideal candidate should exhibit demonstrable managerial competency and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implantation of the latest cutting-edge technological innovations storewide.
- Execute all human resource management objectives including delegation, recruiting, welfare, compensation, and performance evaluation.
- Produce required reports for management and stakeholders.
- Oversee the inventory catalog to ensure above-par quality, accountability, and availability.
- Manage and improve customer relations not limited to requests, comments, and complaints.
Requirements:
- An Associate degree in Finance, Management, or Business Administration plus 10 years experience.
Or
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or Business Administration plus 5 years experience.
- Demonstrable experience in a previous supervisory capacity at a retail or similar environment.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance, consumer products, market trends, and customer engagement strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and stakeholders.
- Competency in retail management and business management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws, health, and safety standards.
