As a result of the recent survey we conducted, we’ve listened to your suggestions regarding our communication channels. We are pleased to inform you that we are currently in the process of upgrading our phone system to a state-of-the-art Private Branch Exchange (PBX). This upgrade will provide several benefits, including:
- Interactive Voice Recognition PBX.
- 24/5 responses to common queries such as fees, opening hours et al.
- Concurrency calls with improved quality and reliability.
- 0% call drop with our new waiting area queue.
- Automated order entry over the phone.
- Quality assurance checks.
- Faster response times to your inquiries.
- Enhanced call routing to ensure you are connected to the right department quickly.
- Advanced features to streamline your interactions with us.
We understand the importance of efficient communication, and this upgrade is a significant step toward providing you with the best possible service.
- Improvements to Our Pickup and Delivery Process:
In addition to our phone system upgrade, we have also reevaluated our pickup and delivery process. Your comments in the survey have highlighted areas where we can make improvements, and we are committed to enhancing your experience. The changes include:
- During peak periods of each month, all Delivery Orders placed after 11 AM will be delivered the next day.
- Removal of specific delivery times. A new time slot will be defaulted to 9 AM to 4 PM
- More accurate and transparent tracking of your orders.
- Reduced delivery times through optimized routes and schedules.
- Enhanced communication during the delivery process.
These changes are designed to ensure your orders reach you in a timely and reliable manner while keeping you informed at every step.
